Dear Reader,

This is a page I have set up to make available a book which sort of wrote itself as I wrote others over the past several years.

I have organized the letters not chronologically, but as they appear in the bound book I have assembled. I think this is a better format, more readable, and more interesting.

If there is a specific letter you are looking for, the index page will lead you to it, otherwise, please enjoy my letters and their responses chapter by chapter.

If you are interested in obtaining a copy of them in print, you can email me and I'll be happy to send one to you, although the photocopied letterheads are not as colorful as they appear here.

By the way, I didn't bother to scan all the signatures on the response letters. Waste of memory, possible infringement, and unimportant besides.

And any text you see that looks like this is my comments, not part of the original letters.
